BIOGRAPHY

Nicol Karina Ortiz comes from humble beginnings born on August

13,1995 in the city of Bogotá, Colombia raised with her older brother by her single mother.

Nicol is an independent, brave, charismatic, passionate, kind woman and very persistent to accomplish her personal and collective goals.

She started her career as an actress in Colombia taking acting classes at the age of 12 and participating in multiple theater events. Her untold love for acting stems from the need to express herself artistically and promote quality entertainment thus making the decision to adventure and move by herself to the United States in 2016 to grow her career.

Nicol worked as a TV host for 4 years in variable shows on the Latin platform "Pulso ATL", she also worked as a radio host for a Latin Radio Station called "La Que Buena".

She currently owns a production company called "Red Paramount Productions" that creates visuals and Films, putting her beliefs in God upfront and primarily helping to grow the Latino community.

Additionally, she owns an agency called Paramount Casting that provides education and jobs to females making their dreams come true by working in the film industry

A Lifetime of Acting

I began my acting career as a child in Bogota, Colombia. After high school, I moved to Atlanta GA to grow my career learning a new language.

Once there, I started hosting a tv show online performing for four years which opened the doors for a great opportunity to work as a voice talent in a Latin radio station, empowering me to be part of productions like Synthetic, Cuentos sin Hadas, Now You Are Positive, Wide Open and more.

I currently work as a female actor and producer in my own production company creating content for the Latino community.

Current Projects

For the last 6 months, I have been working on 2 independent productions and I also recently began working behind scenes to understand what it takes to create a feature film.

I am working on my own independent project that I'll be producing.
